Who We Are
Victory Homes of Maryland is a consumer-driven housing rental company providing quality apartments and all-inclusive amenities (which differ from home to home) for neurodiverse adults with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), including 24/7 in-house Concierge service, support needs, and 1-1 care. As the consumer, our residents choose how and with whom they wish to live in a welcoming, well-maintained home of their own. The ultimate goal is to live and engage each day in a happy, healthy, safe, and meaningful environment that recognizes endless potential in a community setting.
Resident Life
Victory Homes of Maryland is welcoming to adults who require high level caregiver support and those who require 24/7 support or caregiver support through self directions. We are not a group home, assisted living, or planned community - but are individual homes that are located within culturally diverse neighborhoods of the Maryland Suburbs. Painstaking care is taken in order to make resident life a wonderful environment in which to live. The most important element of our housing model is safety and security, along with well-maintained and stimulating activities. Residing with the Victory Homes model of housing is residing with a caring, supportive full-team approach to the delivery of quality residential comfort.
Application Process
To qualify for residency at Victory Homes, a potential resident must complete an application form and follow the details of the process. In addition, the applicant and/or guardian will undergo a series of in-person interviews and visits to the lifestyle accommodation unit. Together we assess and ascertain the compatibility of each potential person who seeks residency. If applicable, those individuals who are in Self Directed Services, via DDA have acquired their own individual person-centered, caregiver/support team. The caregivers that our residents independently employ, become part of the Victory Homes community and reflect the level of intensity that the residents require.
